Color Layer Mix Baby Chicks (Straight Run) 🐣🌈

If you’ve ever wanted to collect eggs and not know what color you’re about to get… this is your group.

These chicks are a color-focused mix of Olive Eggers + Easter Eggers (1st & 2nd generation crosses)—bred specifically to give you a wider range of egg colors instead of the same old dozen.

These are kept completely separate from our regular barnyard mix so we can stay focused on color genetics and not dilute the results.

✨ What to expect:

  • Blues, greens, olives, and the occasional surprise shade

  • A mix of feather patterns, fluff levels, and overall “main character energy”

  • Birds that will absolutely keep your flock interesting

🐥 Straight run = unsexed chicks (you may get hens, you may get roosters… it’s a grab bag).

⚠️ The honest part:

  • These are crosses, not a standardized breed

  • Egg color will vary from bird to bird

  • Nothing is guaranteed—but this group is bred with color in mind first

Perfect for:

  • People who want a colorful egg basket

  • Backyard flocks that don’t all look the same

  • Anyone who enjoys a little variety in their coop
